voco Johannesburg Rosebank an IHG Hotel

We sincerely appreciate the exceptional service we received during our stay. The duty manager's swift resolution of our booking issue due to the hotel’s transition from IHG to Accor was invaluable. The hotel is part of a shopping mall and restaurant area. Interior: Room nice, on 7th floor with great view, We liked the graphic artwork on the walls -- mostly originals/limited prints (?) Security: Although we don't necessarily like to spend time in shopping malls, this was a great choice for security reasons. Staff told us it's safe enough to walk also outside of the mall approx. 1 km radius (in daylight), but we opted for the golf cart for our 1km ride to dinner and back, which the hotel offered -- it's complimentary but don't forget to tip properly. Surroundings: Cafes and restaurants nearby are great; bar in hotel, too. Parking: Flawless (valet)

Great location, hotel organised shuttle from the airport for ease, comfortable bedding, nice view and excellent shower. Enjoyed cocktails at the downstairs bar which were fabulous and staff at the front desk arranged transportation to our dinner booking for us.

This hotel has a great location with easy access to the Rosebank Mall and surrounding restaurants and shops, making it a safe bet for walking around. They also provided us with a golf shuttle in the evening to take us to another location in the immediate area safely with a staff member, which we thought was exceptional service. Restaurant and bar area have a great vibe and energy with a good menu and great food. It's fun and trendy and stylish. The hotel also has a brilliant gym area ( a nice surprise as it big and well laid out) and a deck for outside fitness/ yoga with a lovely view. The service provided by all the staff throughout the hotel is superb - efficient and friendly - the staff really made our stay exceptional and we were actually rather sad to say good-bye.

The rooms are exceptionally beautiful, luxurious and spacious. Everything is well thought of...there's everything you can think of and more! They even have a portable steaming iron in the room - Very thoughtful. The services were 5 star and very quick to act on your request. They park the car for you and give you a WhatsApp number to text whenever you need the cat and they'll bring it for you at the entrance. You have Proud Mary restaurant for your meals and drinks...even breakfast is served at the restaurant with plenty of delicious options to choose from! Their room mini bar is packed with all the spirits (vodkas, gins and whiskys)
